I would guess yes. There's one on the south side and I've seen an alias of OAKSTIS so that tracks.
OAKNTIS = North side of the hiway and OAKSTIS = south side of hiway matches my interpretation of the RID alias
It looks like RIDs 214739-756 may be the inspection stations. There appears to be a portable(s) assigned to each station however the portable RIDs are all over the 214xxx area.
