Went to RR website and downloaded the current versions for Sentinel for both Homepatrol and SD100/200. Attempted to load them on a recently repaired computer that now has Windows 10 1903 installed and received an error message that says: "This setup requires the .NET Framework version 2.0. Please install the .NET Framework and run this setup again. The .NET framework can be obtained from the we. Would you like to do this now? Yes/No". Selecting Yes takes one to the .Net downloads at Microsoft. However, when I attempted to download the current .NET files I received a message indicating that the .Net Framework on the computer is at least at the level of the file I was trying to download which was 4.8. So, now I seem not to be able to reinstall either of the Sentinel files, Homepatrol or the one for the SDS100/200. Anybody got any suggestions how I can get those two back on my computer?

You need to install older .NET files, they are not cumulative releases.

In Windows 10, go to:

Control Panel --> Programs and features --> Turn Windows features on or off (in the upper left corner)

once that window populates, click in the box that says ".NET Framework 3.5 (Includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)”. You don't need to select the 2 sub-headings under that main one.

Click OK, and it will be installed.

Worked like a charm.
