Today I bought a new modem and it still won’t let me log into the forums. I give up since it’s the same run around. I’ve tried different settings and tried my laptop at different places same issue. I even made a new account same problem. I don’t think I’ll renew next year since no one can figure out the problem.

If you can't login how did you make this post? You should probably send an email to support@radioreference.com.
Only way to post is using my phone using Firefox. I’ve tried the support email and they can’t figure it out. They say nothing on their end and they see I’m logged in.
Ok. Above my pay grade, but I'd think if you can login on ANY device then it's not on RR's end...but that's just my opinion.
I have tried different browsers on desktop and laptop. Nothing will log me in the forums expect the phone I’m using. I can log into the database on any device.

I have never had this problem ever but I want to offer some suggestions.
Make sure you are 100% absolutely entering the exact same password on each device. I know this sounds like I am saying baby stuff but I used to be an I.T. guy and I have to say it.
This may do nothing, but have you tried changing your password or even resetting password like you forgot it. It may do nothing to help but it’s worth a try just to rule it out. Make it something super simple for now just to try it on the other devices.
I am 100% sure this is user error and I am not trying to offend you, I am just being honest and as others have said, it’s likely on your end. And it sounds like you are getting frustrated and it appears you’ve been trying to resolve it for some time and can be very frustrating. I see you’ve already went above and beyond trying to resolve it by reinstalling, formatting, buying new gear etc. You are making it harder than you need to and it shouldn’t as hard as you’re trying to make it, the resolution has to be something simple it’s just finding that resolution. So, I hope the few simple things I recommended help in some way.

are you logging out ? and THEN try it again on a different machine.
I have reset my password and try log in and still nothing. Even the support team reset password send me a password still nothing. When I’m im computer I have the browser clear all info when I close the browser. I have tried multiple browsers still nothing. I even bought a new hard drive and win11 and I was able to log in. Next day I try to log in, it wouldn’t let me log in. I even uninstall ad removal and still nothing. I even made a new account still zip.

Could be, but I would be surprised if that were the case. I doubt any ISP would mess with TLS traffic. They can't see what is inside the packets, so they would need to do something with packets destined for RR's IPs and domain names. If they did that, it's likely they would break the entire site, not just a login process.

I know this sounds silly but we had a BAD KEYPAD that would at times work correct and at times not. We replaced the KEYPAD and the problem went away. It is only a $20 fix to try.
This thread started off with you having issues logging in with your phone, but your computer worked. Now you are posting with your phone, but your computer(s) won't work. Do I have this right?
I have tried use my friends computer and wouldn’t log in with different browsers. We even made a account from his computer, than I went home and try to log in and it wouldn’t log in. I did buy a different modem last week still no go. I wish I could change providers since I’m a complex I can’t change.
What name is the other account? I want to look at it.

When you are logged in successfully using your phone, are you at home and your phone is connected to your home WiFi... or are you away from home and your phone is connected to your cellular service? Or can you log in with your phone regardless of your location?

When at home desktop is hard wired in to router. I tried laptop using WiFi. Still nothing. Cell phone is using the cell towers at different locations only able to use Firefox app. Other browsers won’t let me log in while on cell phone.
A few moments ago I decide to go on desktop and use FireFox 1160.3 to see if I can log in. Sure behold it went through I don't know why it took a year to do log in on desktop.
