Logan County AR

For about the last year or so, I haven't been able to hear Logan County police talking. I hear Paris police and logan county EMS, but not the county police. I've reached out to several people/places and have been sent the programming to download and have tried many things for the past month. I believe it to be programmed correctly and am unsure of what the problem is. I have a Whistler TRX-1. Any help/advice would be appreciated.

Hello sir,
Logan County sheriff is on AWIN talk group 53885. The remaining Logan county assets are still where they were using DMR or analog frequencies.

I have that programmed but don't hear them and cant figure out why.

I just heard them at 11:19 on Tuesday, June 23. I heard them on Fort Smith Simulcast but I'm sure they're on many other sites as well.
