Nope not Joey's. It belongs to our club the MissLou club. I don't think Joey's is anywhere on the air. I can think of two or three people that might have it at their home but not on the air. I talk to him on facebook

Need help setting up scanner-Band Plan

I'm gonna keep one, I think, but the other one I'd like $100 for it. Checking the eBay completed auctions, they have been going from between $104 and $198. The last one sold 3 days ago for $160.

Make sure you keep the best one because you should be hearing stuff from where you live
