Looking for Local police dispatch frequencies

Hi,

I live in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and looking for the county dispatch frequency. This site has listed the EMS, Fire, School, and local governments (Cumberland County, Pennsylvania (PA) Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference) but under the "police" section it is blank. Does anyone know how I can find out what the frequency is for the Cumberland County Police dispatch?

Almost all police in PA is encrypted and thus not able to be monitored. Cumberland definitely is one that is encrypted.

Police are on OpenSky system in Cumberland County.

I'm just getting into radios, so Im not as familiar. Does that mean you have to have a radio issued by the county to access those frequencies?

Cumberland County is in the process of building out a new Phase-II system to replace OpenSky, from my understanding police will remain encrypted. Fire & EMS will become clear? Stated to be brought online Fall 2025 according to this thread. Thread hasn't been updated since February when talks were still ongoing as to who would be strapped for encryption
