Yes, we all do, they always remain in memory even if you delete them. They are hard-coded in memory.
Just do a full system initialization to restore them.
Back-up your programmed frequencies first as they will be overwritten.
I'm assuming you're talking about the BCD396T, this key combination may also work with other Uniden models such as the BCD996T and BC330T ot BCT15 and others, but I have not tested them.
Hold on the following keys: "[2] + [9] + [Hold]" while powering-up your scanner and you will be presented with a menu to restore them. Press "[YES]" to restore.
