Lost freqs!

is it actually losing the memory , or just forgetting that scan lists are enabled . Try just re-enabling the scan list from the keypad. Also you could add your programing to virtual scanner to make re-loading easy from just the keypad .
if it was this easy I would have when I am getting that error, its LOCKED up and the only possible to do anything to the scanner is hook it back up to my computer and, reprogram the scanner with all conventional plus the digital programming as well to !

it sounds like the nan flash memory may be going bad on the radio, i have had some like the pro 97 and pro 133 do that on the epromm and flash radios go bad over time,

Power source is 12 volts off a battery when the car gets started not before !

You might try connecting directly to the battery. Some electronics have issues (although rare) with the voltage at startup and could be the problem. If the internal memory battery in your radio is on it's way out, then this solution will stop it because it has constant power.
