Low aduio on feed

Hi all,

I am new to broadcasting, This morning I woke up to fine my audio low. I have check my connections and levels and everything seems to be fine...The feed I am referring to East Pasco county Fire Rescue and EMS....Is it possible that the audio level was lowered from a web admin??? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I don't understand how you checked your levels and it's fine? Are you saying when you listen to it online it's fine or when you use headphones it fine what exactly?

Thank you for responding to my post...I mean that my sound card volume levels were fine however, I have since fixed my issue.
