I never noticed any issues. I can pick it up spotty from Juniata Co and it sounded fine to me.
I thought I heard it active on Wednesday but will check when I get home later. I’ve been hearing the static and garbled transmissions over the VHF dispatch again for the last few weeks. It hasn’t done that since the first few weeks the new system went online.
I see recently the County system page was updated to add Miseri security TG 43. That helps clear up some stuff. I have a couple TGs in the 40’s locked out. Always encrypted so I was never sure who they were. I’ll see 87XXX ID’s on TG 42 a lot and assumed it was another overflow for Wilkes Barre PD. Now I’m wondering if it would be King’s or Wilkes Security? Tonight when I’m near the 436 and SDS 100 I’ll unlock those TGs in the 40’s and start looking to see what IDs are popping up on the transmissions.
I also wish actual Fire Police TGs would get added rather than running that off of the “training” TGs. But when has this County ever done things in an intelligent way?
