I am trying to map out the Cap+ network that Madison county has a license for. Its
KIS862. It is on the edge of my reception range. RR database has nothing on it. Here
is what I have so far. It seems to be encrypted. When and if I get more info I'll post it.
If anyone in that area can verify any of this please do.
