I have been listening to the Manchester trunking system for well over two years now, and I have yet to hear anything on the last 5 frequencies of the system. I have all 11 frequencies programmed in (in their correct order)... and the only frequencies I've seen active are the first 6. I don't seem to be missing anything (I think?!). Are these just there as a backup in case one of the other frequencies shuts down?
