I was searching around and the scanner landed on 158.82 Color Code 12 DMR. This appears to be Manchester PD dispatch and after searching on here it seems to have been that way a while, but the database doesn't reflect that. Just wanted to see if anyone else knows if this is accurate before I submit it?

Yes they have been using 158.82 CC12 with TG 9930 as dispatch for a while.
I have updated the database to reflect that. Remember that corrections/additions can be submitted within the database and a database administrator can make corresponding updates regardless of whether they also read these forums. Just click Menu -> Submit Changes, on any database page.
Are you able to hear any of the Sheriff repeaters other than 154.055? It would be great to identify the CC, TG, and Slot details for those other repeaters around the county. A note on the county database page suggests some or all of these are simulcasting the 154.055 dispatch traffic from other towers.
This would be similar to White County (among others) which uses linked simulcast conventional DMR repeaters to better cover the county.
It is good to have this data, since other towers may work better as you move around the county but still carries all the same radio traffic.

I would be most interested in what CC, TG and Slot you hear on 151.3325, 151.850, 154.785, 155.430, and 152.570, and whether the traffic is in fact a simulcast of 154.055.

I know for sure Warm Springs EMS 151.235 C 218.1 is Analog.
Also Manchester Fire Dispatch 154.2125 C 131.8 is Analog. I will try and see what I get on the others.

Any chance you have any TG, SL, CC for the West GA Tech Lagrange or troup schools im looking but not finding. I attend West Ga Lagrange and have been looking off and on for a few days. Im getting activity on the frequencies but dont know CC or TG mainly. TIA
West College was using a DMR system with freq. 453.5875 with Color Code 1 on Talk Group 10101 a while back but I don't know if they are still using this system. If your scanner shows UIDs the College PD Dispatch was showing UID 1. A few weeks ago when I was listening I was hearing the College Dispatch talk to Manchester Dispatch on freq. 158.82 with Color Code 12 with Talk Group 9930, which is Manchester PD , with again UID 1.
I managed to find one TG for Lagrange today and it seems like dispatch for all the West Ga Campuses, it also seems like it is a simulcast, im friends with one of the Officers here and he said he thought the operations here was on UHF and the police were on VHF but that is clearly not the case. So for anyone that would like to know 460.3875 TS 1, CC 5, TG 300. I actually had to find that today using digi-monitor on my radio. I will keep searching and will post.
I sorry I did not catch you were talking about the school in LaGrange in Troup County. Yes 460.3875 CC5 is what I have for the College there. Also word is that Troup County is going to a new system, License WRZD433, but I have not heard it come on line yet.

Well that, any tg or info on Troup school board too as i see activity on those freqs but im clearly off on CC, SL, and TG. I would greatly appreciate any info you hvae.
Sorry I have not got any other CC or TGs. I know the school buses use DMR system by the Database but that is all I have.
Found a Tg1 SL 1 on all of the boe freqs
