I suggest you turn down the RF gain and turn off the AGC to get rid of most of that background noise leaving the voice to pop out of a quieter background.

Thank you for your suggestion on the AGC and RF gain, some times doing that it will help with the signal and clarity of the audio, also I use the NR / noise reduction button, or the notch filters, I have several other settings I can use also, it depends on the signal and noise if any of them will clean up the frequency or not.

I note a lot of carriers evenly spaced with the same signal levels, kinda indicating a ground loop and the presence of some switching mode power supply nearby.
Making sure everything is plugged into the same ac strip, or simply rerouting the antenna might do well in reducing all those carriers into the noise.
