Just some observations on the statewide repeater net for MD Nat Guard.....there certainly are quite frequent radio checks on F1 139.9625, F2 139.5125, F3 139.0625 - and these are simulcast broadcasts on these three frequencies. F1 still appears to come from the Central MD, F2 from Western MD and F3 from Eastern MD (much as the database previously reflected). I have not, as yet, copied anything on ?F4 139.0125 from my house in Northern Balt Co....perhaps that tower is in Southern MD? Have yet to hear any radio testing, whatsoever, on the Incident Command freq. Very curious if the IC freq is repeated as well, or would be simplex only.

Any of our listeners down in So MD copying 139.0125?

Dave 139.0125 is supposed to be the Elk Neck Repeater I do not know if it is used or not it is a channel that is listed in the ICOM Radio from the MNG. As I have said before their is Central 1,2,3 East 1,2,3 West 1,2,3 there are several Channels that are simulcasted so that everyone in the State can here them. As I have also stated before that you may not hear The Incident Command Repeater as it is only used during Disasters most of the time. However if you live in the Reisterstown Area you will hear it as the Guard uses it for Force Protection Ops on the Camp Frettered Post and the power is on 5 or 10 Watt.

Yes...but the only radio broadcasts I have copied are on the frequencies that I cited above - with a PL of 127.3 on each. It may well be that they, in fact, serve as East F1, Central F1 and West F1 - all simulcast. Perhaps the F2/F3 designations in each region are simplex only? We clearly still need to do some detective work in figuring out the remainder of the system plan. Anyone have other observations on Nat Guard freqs.
