I have been picking up what sounds like news reporter-style traffic/weather reports on GMRS 462.675 with no tone
After the reports they identify themself as "Mcdonalds Mc cafe" "This is Mcdonalds mccafe out"
Anyone else been hearing this? Is it some type of buff group?...

You're hearing wcbs 880's traffic chopper. They should be in on 450.0875. I'm not sure why they switched over to GMRS.

Thats right i did also recall hearing them say something about a chopper when they gave their callsign
Heard this a few times now - around 630 am weekdays
Maybe its some type of simulcast...
