Depends on which direction you want the propellor to spin. And that depends on which hemisphere you are located.

ATTENTION: The propeller attachment is only available to RR moderators. Use is only allowed while performing their assigned duties. The light itself alerts their family and friends that they are currently moderating the forum. The light function is also available to members to alert people nearby they are providing important, if not crucial, feedback that really really matters. Furthermore, the helmet light can be worn during radio and antenna installations. This satisfies the new FCC RF exposure limit warning directive. Basically, when others observe you wearing this helmet, there will be no doubt that RF exposure is dangerous.
