I put this system into my BCD436HP tonight but haven't seen or heard anything. Is this system used and monitorable? Should I leave it on my radio? Thank you.

Definitely, keep it. I was listening to the roll call yesterday around 10 am.

It's the only way you will hear Toronto Police communications these days.

Thank you Mike. How often is it active? Is it a fairly new system? I’ve still yet to hear a peep out of it. I’m in Thornhill right now so I may not be able to bring it in from here. I will keep it in my scan list though. I’ve been away from the hobby in Toronto for a few years now. This is all new to me again. [emoji23][emoji23]

Not that new, it was analog at one time. I remember hearing tone alerts in the past. Then they were P25.
