Mexico Information Uniden Bearcat

Hi everyone:

I have a Uniden Scanner (BCT15X) and I actually have this information for the trunking systems in Mexico City.
I'm a beginner so I really don't understand and I'm not able to put this into a New System in my scanner because I really don't know how to operate trunked systems.,
Could you please tell me what setup I have to make???

This is the information:
Mexico City Trunking System, Mexico City, Federal District - Scanner Frequencies

and:
Mexican Federal Police Forces Trunking System, Various, Multi-State - Scanner Frequencies

Don't know about the Mexico City system. Don't own a 15x and when I had a 396XT, I used software to program the radio.
The second system uses a proprietary digital profile (TETRA) that is not scannable by any scanner made today. Maybe asking in the Mexico Forum would get you better answers
