The Miami-Dade Fire Rescue scanner feed is up and running, the feed covers all freqs used by MDFR for the Dispatch and Tactical operations it can be found at ScanAmerica.us listed under Miami-Dade County, FL.
In the near future I will be upgrading the antenna as well as adding an additional scanner to cover just the Tac Freqs.
