Getting an aircraft calling in as “Delta 1 Uniform” on 363.200 (Detroit Approach) then switching over to 226.400 (Lansing Approach), requesting an initial for 28L instead of the ILS. Sounds like HO or LOMA

Yea that's the closest I could find....he had to repeat himself twice, I'm surprised ATC didn't question him on it, I recorded it on my phone and did a double take myself after I couldn't find it on AirNav
