You shouldn't need to do anything special for that to work. Try re-seating the card? and try again?

Which SD socket do you have the card in? It needs to be in the socket on the Teensy board and not the socket on the Wio terminal. Could this be the issue?

Looks like they didn't make it by 9pm. Unless they didn't update the tracking. That does happen sometimes. Did you check the mailbox?

No fault of @btt but as has happened many times with USPS for me my package no longer has a delivery date. All my other mail on Informed Delivery arrived as scheduled.

Almost a given mine will be days late or lost here, all packages are, Two day's of calling the post master saying they don't know were it is and telling them it arrived in your post office it arrives the next day

Yes, it is a micro-sd card. Any size will work. You don't need much capacity for the zip code search and csv files. ~50 MB.

I use the 4 Gig industrial cards from sandisk, they work fine in my scanner and other apps. Not much stored other than text on them so the smaller card would work great.

Slowly working my way through different functions. What are the steps to import RR downloads to get them to populate the zone names? Been awhile since I downloaded any RR and that was to Sentinel or another program. How do you download right to the SD card?

The TG Zones do not have an import function from RR files. The TG Zone names can be edited with the Wio-based keyboard (top-middle button in TG Zone mode) or you can make a backup to the SD card, edit the backup in a text editor, followed by a restore. The filename for the backup is microp25rx_backup.ini

Thanks Todd. Saw this below in manual page 15 and thought that was how you got your displays shown on the video. What more do you get with the RR import if no talk groups are downloaded, just the ID's? Still not clear how to get the DSD .sites from RR to the sd card without a program (Sentinel,PROScan etc.)

Sorry, I thought you meant the TG Zone Names. You are asking how to import the Talk Group Alpha/Description from RR. As a subscriber, you can download the DSD formatted TG files by heading to RR-> DATABASE->FREQUENCY_DATABASE->BROWSE->CLICK_ON_YOUR_STATE->CLICK_ON_YOUR_COUNTY->TRUNKED_SYSTEMS->SYSTEM_NAME->MENU_IN_UPPER_RIGHT_HAND_CORNER->DOWNLOADS. Then download the DSD Formatted Talkgroup data file.

After you download the file, copy it to the SD card. It must have the filename extension lower case of .csv, .dsd, or .groups

Then from the CONFIG mode, select SD CARD->Import Talk Groups. It will automatically locate all talk groups files on the card associated with systems currently known to the receiver.

Had a few lockups last night while going through functions. Only way to reset was remove from power ( turning off and on and push down reset didn't work). Will have many more questions I'm sure.
Initial impressions of decode of troublesome simulcast system nearby are good. Right up there withe SDSs.

I know of the potential lock-up issue when changing the DEMOD mode. I will get that fixed. The on/off/reset switch located on the Wio Terminal will only affect the display itself. It will not reset the receiver.

I think that was one of the scenarios when it happened. What exactly do the Demod modes do?
