Ron...that helo may be part of the planned flyover in NYC later this morning. I had a navy helo fly into Teterboro last night with a similar "VV" callsign. Probably using Teterboro for staging.
They have large timing window for NYC flyover today.

The planned flyover over Mount Loretto and other areas on Staten Island is in support of Fleet Week, according to Notify NYC.
U.S. Navy aircraft, including MH-60S and MH-60Rs, are expected to participate in the aerial mission between 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Here comes HX830 up the coast.

1100L- Navy helo DSTY 10 MH-60S doing a pattern off of Keyport, NJ which is right near Staten Island. FLyover must be getting close. This is the helo that staged overnight at Teterboro. Could be more than one ship.
1112L- DSTY 10 just landed at Mt Loretto, SI.
1120L- NIGHTHAWK 32 (168335) did a touch & go at Solberg AP in Hunterdon County, now headed back SW.
RAVENs working at the Warren Grove Range A/A 266.6, intermittently showing TIS-B.

Backy21 and Backy22 working with F22's 08-4155 (149th FS) and 09-4182 (94th FS) on 267.5000 as a boom frequency. New frequency for me.

Also said tankers can use VHF interplane while waiting for fighters to come back, 149.3250.

The AR orbit is a different one than I am not use to seeing, off the coast of MD.

Fighters (AMANDA callsigns) said they were 30 minutes behind due to the airfield being closed due to an aircraft emergency. Asked the tanks if they can stay and additional 15 minutes on station.
