Most likely Dulles. The German Gov't has a diplomatic enclave at Dulles. The German AF runs weekly diplomatic courier & supply runs to Dulles
Yeah I was only getting small snippets of the conversation. I added all the freqs into one of the ICOMS but I think they are RTB so nothing further heard.

NOBLE chatting with tanker TABOO-21 KC-46 #18-46047 working out of Dover on A/R 247.050.
TABOO-21 says 12 inches of snow up at Pease so reason they are working out of Dover..
NOBLE says rough estimate flying CAP circles is about 2K miles total per sortie. LOL
Probably warmer wx than Resolute Canada CYRB.
NY ANG and others are working up North as ACARS has
RCH-538 C-17 #98-0057 105AW NY ANG CYBG to CYRB..
New York ANG supports Canadian arctic exercise

Yeah I programmed all of the HQ II in the ICOM and verified that almost all of the frequencies in the list I posted were used air air by a flight within the past hour. There was only one that did not get used - but then again perhaps I just missed it key up.

Interestingly, the frequencies on the list I provided were also listed for the St. Juliens Creek Naval Depot in Portsmouth, VA for "Have Quick Training ship/shore." That was from 1992 as well. The frequencies that Richard listed I have associated with the Air Force.

Heard some air-air traffic on 290.775 at around 1430 hrs. That frequency is not on any of my lists or in the RR database. Anyone know who it might be?
Well it was not the CHETA aircraft as that was a single ship
