Seems like it. They are RTB Andrews AFB now. FL250, currently working ZBW on 323.000. Air/Air 314.100.
Rgr TIGER-51 is A/A 314.100 like you said inbound ZNY 322.400 and Potomac apch at Andrews 348.725.
Thinking TIGER callsign may be the fairly new F-16 53rd Fighter Squadron based at Andrews just activated in Dec 2021.
They still come under the 113thWg at Andrews.

My aviation knowledge is spotty but what does “They were cleared into Viper with an EFC time of 2000UTC (1600EDT)” mean? What’s efc and viper?
AF 1 landed at Elmendorf. Uneventful flight. 82-8000 is there also, having taken staff from Japan.

They were performing at 2PM down there today so figured Monday Morn they will arrive.

Must be something wrong with 99-0004: both VP and SecState are on C-40s and the DEPSECDEF was stuck with a Gulfstream for he AK visit this weekend. FLOTUS returned from Japan on 98-0002 separately from POTUS yesterday.

0824- Hearing some A2A chat (no calls--male & female pilots) on 384.55 which I have as USAF common freq. At 0840 sounds like same female pilot working ZDC Whaleyville (327.8)
