As I understand it, the T-38s are now assigned to the newly-formed 7th FS while the 71st is now a Raptor unit.

1109 - Not able to monitor but I was outside and just heard something not on radar over me. Possibly those DEVILs

Checking the archives. After the DEVILs there was another flight of 2 heading to DECEE 21 around that time 1109. After AR they also went and worked the Fort Drum Range for about 20 minutes then also RTB back to Atlantic City/KACY. I didn't recognize the callsign as one normally used by the NJ ANG, sounded like TURK 01 ?

Here they are on KACY approach on the RTB. Maybe someone else can recognize or confirm the callsign ? LiveATC KACY APP

Yeah must be guests as local guys wouldn't need the tower frequency inbound like that :)
Sounds like CHURCH-01 or CHIRP-01 to me. No T heard.
