0652 local CLEAN-82 cleared to depart KDOV req turn right to Sea Isle and hold up on ZDC 127.700
CLEAN and TABOR both up on 293.000 assume Boom freq.Had that freq as old KC-10 A/A freq.

Occasionally during the day I take a look at Israel and the Eastern Med on ADS-B just to see what's visible. Right now I'm seeing an Israeli 707-300 that identifies as BARNASH. He's doing low level and imprecise circles just off shore just north of Gaza at 8900 feet.

Running a bit late, President Biden flew past New Castle en route to PHL just after 2pm EDT. I'm surprised he's in a "big" Air Force One instead of the C-32, but I was certainly happy to see it flyby. Quite the majestic aircraft

My guess is that the big plane has a more elaborate comms suite and they wanted him to have max capabilities, given the circumstances.
