Running a bit late, President Biden flew past New Castle en route to PHL just after 2pm EDT. I'm surprised he's in a "big" Air Force One instead of the C-32, but I was certainly happy to see it flyby. Quite the majestic aircraft

POTUS is home, in Wilmington. He's scheduled to begin heading back to the WH at 7:55pm.

Waiting to hear him heading out from New Castle. He arrived about 4:30 in the three-helicopter grouping, preceded by two V-22s. VC-25/29000 which had been Air Force One earlier in the afternoon departed PHL about 6pm EDT, passed by here quite low and gave me a great photo session in the "golden light" hour

I think they just headed out, approx 9:30pm EDT. Definitely a lot of helicopter sound, though they usually head away from where I am.

That helicopter did a med evac on Tuesday afternoon, landing two blocks away from my house after a stabbing incident resulting from a road rage encounter in a parking lot at that location. Many police, fire, and medical vehicles on site. My photos of the whole thing will be in New Castle Weekly - the big time at last!

Good research. Thanks much. In the olden days, I did hear “telephone” conversations on HF from AF1 a couple of times, but never from the President.

CUBE71 flight of three (was four but one turned round on the pre-flight inspection and didn't return in a spare jet). Tanker support was PYTHON15 from Mildenhall (this went into Souda) then PYTHON02/03 out of Souda.
494FS deployment predates the current escalation of hostilities by Israel but presumably the mission has now been changed from training to sausage waving.

I've noticed over the last few weeks that ADS-B is intermittently showing ADF9DC as on the ground in the NYC area. Anyone have any info as who or what this is?
