Was hoping someone else heard that. I heard a one-sided convo maybe between a helo and a ground unit? They gave coordinates of a location that the target's car pulled into where he appeared to be getting service. Then about 40 minutes later I heard them basically given a chronology of the target's movements on foot up to where they lost him. That's when the third unit said "hey guys can we please discuss this on a different freq." First aircraft(?) said sure thing and that was the last I heard.1349- DHS acft (no call noted) working on discrete (136.275). Working over DC & passes address 931 N Highland at intersection of north 10th St. Unid stn comes up and says to please discuss this on a mission freq (??)
Also, TROY171 N534P was working in the north end of ADW's airspace "operational" on a "target" for about 4 hours (which was longer than I thought an AStar could stay airborne) a few days ago. Nothing heard on the freqs noted by this group.
