273.250 Torch Flights A/A working a checking list for a fuel in balance. RTB to Toledo. Not sure if A10's of F16's
That's Selfridge A-10's BTN 11 A/A. It was #3 she was having trouble balancing the fuel in the wing tanks. One wing had 1000lbs more than the other. I don't remember where they landed, but most likely it was MTC.

Chuck in Detroit / NODAK 1

Norwegian F35s Coronet flight caught on recordings this morning.

1150z 282.200 NOW 331A (x4) wkg ZBW looking for the next controller on UHF.
1151z 307.000 NOW 331A chk in with ZBW, flight of four, last is nine miles in trail catching up. We're in contact with REACH 051 40 miles off our nose.
1153z 254.600 REACH 051 and NOW 331A flight on boom freq. MARSA, coordinate meeting, discussing the issue with one of the fighters. Continues on with the remaining fighters and will be joining with REACH 052 as well. Heard the first refueling before leaving my reception area.
1201z 307.000 NOW 331A wkg ZBW, declaring emergency requests a descent down to 17,000 It was hard to understand the pilot's accent, but it almost sounded like the second fighter escorting the emergency plane would drop him off in Bangor then return back to join the tanker.
1204z 303.000 REACH 051 and 052 A-A. Discussing distance 051 and fighters were from 052 as well as the divert fighter with the oxygen issues.

Note: I had punched in the A-A freq Jared had found and posted when he heard them on Monday heading to VT. I had no hits on that freq. No A-A comms heard. Unfortunately, I was at work and could not monitor live where I may have found their A-A if I was home.

Maybe related to the 3 KC-135s that staged to KBGR yesterday ? CAGE 21-22-23. I have not heard CAGE used before.
Searching archives yeah CAGE is new tanker callsign out East here but was used a couple times by Travis KC-10's out West earlier this year.
What happened to PICO? LOL Thanks for that report..no doubt for AR-62.

Rare visit down this way tonight with pair of Canforce C-130Js winding thru Pa Mountain areas.
Doing some night time low altitude Pocono work with night goggles?

Heard them check in on 255.40 at points along VR707 flying at 2,800 feet…they passed about a mile to the east of me. Pretty cool!

Last week there was a PICO 55 and PICO 96 doing what looked like north Pacific stuff, also used 3 times in October.
