Made stop in Illinois at Willow Airpark then second stop at Rapid City.

Looked up the 711th Special Operations Squadron who operate the 145 and it said that the 711th SOS is due to be inactivated. So I would have to assume that there will be no replacement.

While not exactly military, the FCC proposed rules today to enable wireless communications for unmanned aircraft system use in the 5030-5091 MHz band. Guess that will make it difficult to track them.
