WashPost:
National Weather Service reports ‘large balloon’ seen in northwest Missouri
By Amy B Wang
The National Weather Service has received reports across northwest Missouri of “a large balloon visible on the horizon.” Although it did not specify that the object was the suspected Chinese spy balloon that has been spotted in U.S. airspace, the sightings come amid Pentagon reports that the suspected surveillance balloon is moving east.
The National Weather Service said a large balloon was visible from its office in Pleasant Hill, Mo., and in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
“We have confirmed that it is not an NWS weather balloon,” the agency tweeted.

Just out of curiosity, what type of antenna, cable & how high up is antenna. Feed is always 5x5!

It's easier to show you the PA site. The antennas with the black Xs are no longer there (they took a trip to the beach and never came home).
DPD ADS-B antenna is the highest antenna - the online feed is feed by the discone (circled) and the DPD VHF antenna is just waiting for removal since no radio left to feed. Approx height is 30-40 feet all fed with LMR400 and N connectors. Site is located 6.5 NM from the KPHL transmitter site. KPHL audio is no issue due to the short distance, used to hear KILG much better and KPNE but development and growth of trees has reduced that down considerably. The Huntress (NORAD) site is about 19.5 NM away.
