No idea how long they've been flying this route but man I can get use to it. Another AV8 flew behind the house a few miles away at 400ft just now. Second day in a row this particular aircraft has taken this route and the third time I'm aware in the past week. Being just under two hours away from MCAS Cherry Point I never would have thought I get to see this airframe so far inland. At least its something different then the daily F15's from Seymour Johnson.

RCH141 07-7188 on approach to Fort Bragg shortly after.

Snipers all landed, ABATE98 and 57-1473 approaching Myrtle Beach (Sniper playground earlier)
Maybe will pick up some F-15's out of SJ :) That balloon has gone lower altitude last pilot estimate around 40k feet.

GASMAN is also a NORAD callsign.. hmmm. Maybe tank with each other and hang out offshore for a while?

Is it reserve weekend around here? Sure are a lot of tankers out there. Wonder if worth the drive that way.

Wonder if the E-8 is involved, seems to be a good distance away however at the 30000k they're more then close enough for comms

ADSBExchange with the military filter turned off is showing another aircraft with the tankers. Looks to have come from the NE.

I noticed this too. Anyone have a link to a radio stream for that area?

I heard some commercial chatter about “the Winnie the Pooh balloon” on guard here in MD.
