I've seen others passing through the area out of Pope AAF. AE04xx hex series but one was white and one was grey, both C295s.

11175 kHz HF log from 07-15-24
0328Z - THUNDERBOLT 12 requesting phone patch on 11175; FAST TIME advises they are unable, THUNDERBOLT 12 declines the relay.
0828 - Radio maintenance performing “Hotel [Foxtrot] ops check”, notes a few radios are taking a while to warm up. Repeated again at 0835Z and 0858Z.
1134Z - FAST TIME with message 5FTNAP.
1304Z - FAST TIME with message TQKYMQ.
1335Z - Sounded like “ALTITUDE 14” quiet and fading calling any aircraft on guard for a radio check.

TREND 31, a flight of six departed from Spangdahlem airbase around 1130z.
Now joining with ROMA 81 (59-1475), but KC-46A ROMA 82 (20-46082) should take them to Andrews AFB.
A/R primary is 298.100 here in Europe and they are air-to-air on <281.050>.

starting drop down on ZNY 322.400.
DEVIL-11 headed North ZNY 323.300>ZNY 273.300>ZNY 322.400 fl-240.
TESTER-14 completed mach run with max limit 1.5 Bay Watch 354.800
Nighthawk-31 from Quantico to Dover and seems headed back.
Assume MV-22 as doing 225 knots.

SCORE-04 P-8A? Fairly strong signal here. Simulated release at 1534.8 assume Z time.
Next am about 2.5 minutes out.Something about simulated Mark drops.
There is a Pioneer VX-1 MH-60R sitting in center of P-8A track.
Confirmed P-8A callsign as #953 and Data is other callsign talking and monitoring.Not hearing DATA unit.prob chopper is too low.

Sorry Terry was out to lunch.. I was only hearing the P-8A SCORE-04..
May have been talking to chopper and a ground station... I added that freq 254.750 as Pax discrete.
On way back in now Score-04 copied two stations one being female op but on way back into Bay area
953 comes on and says switch to local antennas so lost the other station.. Heard female again callsign DATA to 953.
Pax river busy with coms on 365.700,275.550 and of course 254.750

Someone coming Northeast to Southeast from ZNY 290.200 to ZDC 363.000>281.450 ZDC Sea Isle>ZDC 236.825 Snow Hill sounds like something-21.One pilot has maybe English accent. Drpped down near Cape Charles so Langley or Norfolk.
Must be warm temps and winds my scanners are getting overloaded with UHF hits.. Impossible to track them all.

Rgr hearing DEVIL-11 flight I think headed back up to Duke MOA range last on ZNY Penn 270.300
No worries - I am still recovering from dealing with COVID for the last 4 weeks. So not 100 percent working on all cylinderes.
The whole time the P8A was calling put the marks...I heard them talking to another stations. The P8A kept asking the other stations about if everyone was in the room and it sounded like a ground site for sure. Perhaps a relay (there was an unknown circling southeast of PAX -- not the helo - either that or conditions were such that we were hearing the ground site.
