I have the 851.8375 / 806.8375 pair as MDT data in my personal database and that entry has been in there for several years. There is and has been a constant buzz of what I believe is data on the 851 frequency.

I am unaware of what the second frequency pair is used for. I have entered them in my scanner an will advise if I hear anything.

Welcome to 800 MHz rebanding, everyone! :)

The old 851.xxxx frequency is in the re-banded NPSPAC segment (a.k.a. the "1-120" pre-rebanded segment) and must be moved. Moving the frequency to 854.xxxx moves it into the rebanded Public Safety B/ILT non-cellular SMR segment. This is also using the new rebanded public safety conventional service code: GE. This authorization allows them to operate on both their existing pre-rebanded frequency as well as the post-rebanded frequency until they can get operations switched over. Once the rebanding is complete, the license will drop the pre-rebanded portion of the authorization and off they go.

--Bump--

I came home from work today and 854.1125 is now active with constant data and 851.8375 is quiet.
