Military Training Route IR-083, 26x runs thru NC, afternoon, 06/23/25

Something I haven't seen before, FAA SUA lists IR-083 that runs west to east thru NC is going to be run, in doublets, start times from 01:30 PM local to 03:30 PM.

Page 37 of the AP/1B lists:

IR-083 ORIGINATING ACTIVITY: Training Air Wing Six, Pensacola, FL 32508-5509

They are supposed to be between 9-10,000 feet so it's likely that if you are used to the common air traffic sounds for a given area that this passes thru, it's likely the sound will stick out from what you are used to, so look up.

Anyway, I have never seen this route run, nor any posted quite like this around here, so I'll be interested in what there is to see. If anyone knows what is likely to be run on this route feel free to share with the class.

What do the boxes and time colors represent?

A pair of B-52's were seen north of Charlotte Monday. Were they part of this?
