Lots of ways to do this.
There are companies that run wide area commercial LMR systems for such an application.
Many users are going to LTE based radios.

Pictures of the radios/antennas would give us a clue.

I may need to reword my question. I have them programed as a conventional system since I don't know what order to program the frequencies to have them work correctly in a DMR system. I know what I do hear has a color code as CC1. I don't have any talkgroup info for any of the mines around. I have all the mines Radio Reference has in the data base for Northern Nevada. What I am wondering if anyone knows what repeater system they are using in order to have contact over a large area.

KT Coach contracts for transportation to most of the mines. It operates a conventional system, not trunked. The system is not DMR.

This is out of Radio References data base. Still, if it is a conventional system, and not DMR, good for me. My only question, that I asked at the beginning of this Forum. Dose anyone know what repeater system (If any) are they using to be able to reach so far?

FCC database shows 462.175 at Winnemucca Mtn and 463.475 at Mt Lewis near to the gold mine. Radio reference database shows DMR, but FCC database shows NFM only. It's a tossup. Quite often, a business will change emission type without first seeking approval from FCC.
