ARC500: missing frequencies after software update installed

I'm using arc 500pro for my handheld whistler 1040 was seeing all the frequencies and chose the ones I wanted to transfer but would not transfer. I figured out that problem. then there was a update on the software so did that, but now there are no frequencies to see in any county! What happen? I even re download software same thing no frequencies. is it the weather here in los angeles?

You mean in the radioreference.com import window? Check the Service tag filter settings in the Service Tag tab.
