So are you going to start it up again but what about the other radios that you were going to start a new feed.

I must admit I am just a little annoyed that even though I clearly posted fire would be down for a short while due to a pc crash Ive had full intent to restore it..

Now just a few weeks later I come back to find my feed deleted and more so someone else has the feed and does not even have it online..


In future it would be nice if admin/mod at least contact the feed provider to figure out intent and or least say listen if you cant get feed online we will have to remove it..


If possible Please restore my Mississauga Fire Feed

You'll need to ask in the Live Audio forum or contact one of the Live Audio admins directly. Look for Kendrik578 or GordonS in that forum.

Unless you posted your feed down notice in the Live Audio forum or contacted one of the Live Audio Admins directly, they probably didn't see it.

This forum is for discussion of scanning in Ontario and it's unlikely the Live Audio Admins would read it since they're not from Ontario.

Didn't you receive the emails from the system due to your system being down. Or like Mike said, you should have contacted one of the live audio admin's to give a heads up.

To my knowledge, you never once contacted us to ask us to keep the feed from being deleted. Just because you post a status message does no save your feed from being deleted. You have to submit a help request in your feed owners page asking us to keep the feed from being deleted.

As far as reactivating your other feed you will need to reapply for this. Thanks

We cant go through 2000 + feeds everyday to see who has status messages and who does not. Thats why we say, if you expect the feed to remain down longer than 2 weeks than contact us. That info is also posted here: Broadcasting Feeds - The RadioReference Wiki

I have the feed Now, Got tired of waiting for Rexx to get his act together, even your PRP feed was offline yesterday again.... My MTX crapped out on me yesterday otherwise the feed would be running right now. If the admin's want to give it back to you that's fine but say so now before i go buy another radio...

But don't waist our time with running it for 2 days then telling us the computer is toast for 2 weeks...

No you do not have to discontinue it. Its up to you and REXX but if you want to keep it than you can.

Now for all you Peel Listeners please NOTE this: I am not a owner of any feed, nor am i a Live Audio Feed Admin or a Mod on this board. When their is issues with a feed PLEASE address them to the feed owner and not me. I am tired of people PM/email me telling me how bad the feed is or its down and why because Rexx hasn't got back to you. If you don't like how the feed is running then listen to something else or go buy your own radio... "Beggars can't be choosers"

I am sick of the harassment every time something pops on the peel feeds. As Mike has stated 1000 times before, theirs a link on the feeds page to contact the owner about a problem or dislike... NOT ME!

It least it feels good when you stop . Seriously, it would be so much easier for you to put up a private feed and pick and choose who gets to listen. Do you need this sites equipment to stream or can you do it on your own? I mean some of the mods here in charge really get-off because of their position. Imagine, bragging about your "power." Its a online forum. Get a grip, check yourself...
