My question is about wrapping my positive wire through mix31 core only. as i have always been told that my negative wire should go to a chassis ground as close to the equipment as possible. this is for a mobile install .. currently my install is as follow radio positive fused and wrapped through a mix 31 core around 9 times by battery positive post.. negative wire to chassis ground next to or as close as possible to radio and then a 1-inch tin copper braid from radio case to chassis. 10-gauge wire is used as positive and negative wires also have an amp that is basically connected the same way and my antenna switch just has a 1 inch tin copper braid to chassis is the correct way?

For keeping RF off power cables you would wrap both the + and - wires through the same core then ground the - at an appropriate point close by. Otherwise you defeat the purpose of filtering your power lead(s).

thank you, after reading a bit more. i will get positive and negative wires twist them and wrap through the cores then ground to chassis and run positive to equipment
