Can you confirm if they are encrypted? My understanding is yes, they are encrypted. The only service on LMRN that will not be is the MTO road crews.

Got a hit on 5354 with radio 402457 today off the Windsor tower. Was encrypted.

402 seem to be mobile and 412 are the dispatcher

0983 is the KEY ID that is currently in use on 5354.
Guess if you see that KEY should assume its MNR

Seeing RID's 402xxx and 412xxx. 412's seem to be dispatchers
