HP-1: Modifying An Older Favorite List (HP-1) Via Sentinel With Newer RR Data ?

Hi,

Trying to get my old Home Patrol HP-1 going again.
Haven't used it for several years. Seems to work, though.

Have downloaded the Sentinel for it, checked that the unit has
the latest Firmware, and read from the HP-1 scanner into Sentinel.

Have the following questions please:

a. I noticed that several listings in what I just read from the HP-1 show FM, while the new RR database shows NFM for them.
Worth changing (in Sentinel) ? If not, should I still pick it up ?

Best to see what sounds best while listening to it, and then if
necessary change it in the Scanner itself (easy to do ?) ?

b. My main question, please:

I have some frequencies that I just read into Sentinel for my Town (Mass/Middlesex/Sudbury)
The Favorite List for that i created years ago for is apparently the Town's name (Sudbury).

I would like to update, easily, everything that RR now has for Sudbury into the existing FL Sudbury (without creating a new Profile)
Can't, as usual, figure out how to do it. Blame it on old age again.

Might someone please outline the exact step-by-step I should follow to do it ? (I am a Premium Member; does this make it "easier" ?)

c. Same as above, but would instead create a new Profile, and just load it with new RR data into new FL's ?
How, please ?

NFM is correct for P25. Delete the system from your FL, right-click on the system in the DB, select Append to favorite, choose favorite list.
