I'm sure some do most don't, the frequencies could be any where, licensed by the FCC or not, low powered VHF MURS, FRS, GMRS, licensed UHF, rented or owned radios on local systems. They could be analog, NXDN, DMR, basic encryption, advanced encryption, even in the clear. Best suggestion is take a scanner with spectrum sweep/close call and sit across the street from the Mosque, especially on a Friday, and see what you hear.

Hi I am going to store it tomorrow in my 8600 mk2 and if it is a correct frequency I will then add it on my 8200 mk3

Some are technically assigned ofcom UHF, but look in all the business bands where people can licence on line simply. For interference reasons, many get plonked in 453-456. the london area had these frequencies, but theyre a bit old now.

RRUK has listed a number of these frequencies. Often when travelling the UK I do find that frequencies are shared with another user and are not listed on RUK. Not band specific.
