I notice it has the same NAC as Americus... is it a new Americus 700? I just found it tonight. So far I have only heard the Callaway County Sheriff department talking.

Kingdom City 1-48 was a non-template older site; it looks like they have reconfigured it to be template "k" in the system of standard templates. Look for signals on the following freqs:
1k773.08125803.08125
2k773.33125803.33125
3k773.58125803.58125
4k773.83125803.83125
5k774.08125804.08125
6k774.33125804.33125

and bold is what you have so far. Let know so I can change the database

So far I have not seen anything on 774.33125. Lots of activity on the other 3 frequencies though. 7 out of 8 MOSWIN control channels that I can receive from out here only use 3 voice traffic channels. Gasconade is the only exception.

Motorola ASTRO 25 systems normally have one frequency per site designated for BSI and/or primary data channel, so it may not be used for voice traffic unless absolutely necessary. In this case I suspect 774.33125 is the BSI channel as it's the highest frequency at the site. Normally the highest or lowest frequency is the BSI channel, which is automatically "protected" and will be the last used for voice traffic.

I don't know re the Rich Fountain update, but it is entirely possible that it reports a neighbor of 3-63 and no one has found the site yet to add it to the database.

Yeah that's what I meant.
The known sites in the db end at 3-56 so maybe there are several new ones in in the SE part of the state (RFSS 3).

On the MoSWIN 700 site Chanel 6 and 2 are the last 2 to be assigned to voice in that order. Channel 2 as it’s generally the secondary control channel should channel 1 go down for some reason. Channel 6 as mentioned is the BSI. And if you listen on analog you should hear a CW (Morse code) ID every 30 minutes.
