Consulting the pinout diagrams, it would be worth while to use the commercial mic.
Done a bit of that myself.
Never damaged a mic for differences in voltage, the Moto mic's can handle 5 to 12 volt.
It doesn't change the mic out levels.
I have a box of MaCom mics I use for that. never had a mic failure.
I tried that with some speakermics and good results. You need the manuals for the mic and radio in question.
Dynamic mics with noise canceling are the best. I have seen electret mics fail for heat.

Yes but I don’t know how to wire rj45 even if I had the pin out how can I do this
