I heard someone say "Testing 123" a few times off of Interlochen.

Can ask a question Last year I posted with help of Radio Refenence help about a new MPSCS tower that was install next to Alpena 911
Now I see the City of Alpena tower Information has been removed and I need that information and frequencies. Can anyone tell why
that info is not available?

2 sites on Radio reference. Alpena / Grand Lake
Grand Lake is in Presque Isle County. I know this because I use to live on Grand Lake area,
and Alpena /Manning Hill.. Can you tell me where this site is at? Thanks. Also what is the Hex with letters and a number? My' Uniden dose not work with them..
