I believe this may be an aux com encrypted then…. But they are active 24/7. Everytime I’m in TVC I get hits like every 2-3 minutes no matter the time of day or night. Would something like this be used often?

Muskegon Central testing TG's 23770, 23771
Has anyone else observed communication on the Macomb County Simulcast system occasionally using frequencies in the 863-864mhz range? I didn't catch the exact frequencies but when cross referencing the database there is nothing assigned to the Macomb County Simulcast in this range.

I did. I got 2 talkgroups but I'm more wondering if there are any others not listed
Feds typically operate P25 VHF encrypted. I'd imagine it'd be very difficult to monitor them.
This is why I leave usually use ID Search mode and just lock out what I don't want to hear. You may be surprised where you will find some of that traffic.
Is anyone else getting TG 4400 in/around Traverse City? I am completely lost as to what it could be. I thought it was TC Light and Power, but the dispatcher on 4400 is different than TCLP's. RIDs I've logged today are 9284197, 9283071, and 9283019.

4781 Off of Manton site "Station 400 from 201 on F400" Missaukee Radio ID.
Anyone know what RID 16777213 is? absolutely no audible calls to date, but its constantly checking other RIDs.... Sometimes 15 min apart, sometimes just minutes apart. It checks RIDs on both Muskegon and Ottawa's sites...
I could be wrong, but I don't believe that this is any one specific radio but rather the system doing a check on radio ID's it has not heard from in the system in a while? Looking at some of those RID's they're base stations that may not transmit or move and it's checking to see if they're still on the system. That particular ID reminds me of the DMR all call TGID even though this system is P25.
TG 14148 - Sounds like it may be related to Grand Traverse County Road Commission. They also have 14147 and 14149.
Likely fire training, Cheboygan ID's.
Talk group #3812 - (Not in database for Berrien) All 1700 units (Royalton Twp) Sounded as if some kind of training session. (Fire fighter 22, 23, 24, 29 etc., etc., etc.) 7th lap complete, start 8. Low air alarm. Lap 8 complete, starting 9. Another low air alarm. Out of air, 8 laps total. Much more. This went on for some time. Anyone one else with info? Have put it my scanner as Royalton Fire Talk for now...
I have also heard 1700 fire units here but have not IDed the talkgroup.
