So I posted a question in one of the forums - the General forum. Got a reply, which in turn was asking me a couple of questions. When I clicked on the link provided by the e-mail I got a reply that I had no permission to post TO MY OWN THREAD. It listed several reasons why that might be. One of them being that my account was inactivated.
When I requested help I was referred to a general answer that I was possibly not logged in correctly to the forums page.
This is not the easiest website to navigate. After finally getting back to my original post, I am still getting the message that I can't reply to the 2 people that have had the courtesy to reply to my query. I'm stuck, I'm not getting the help I need and the people that replied are going to think I'm rude for not getting back to them.
So now what? I've looked at the replies and I would like to get back to these people.
