Are there any other users of MythTV here?

I have been doing stuff for many years with Myth, but it is always a work in progress.

I have been thinking about adding a Bluetooth headphones to one or more of my frontends, and was wondering if anyone else has experimented with setting up Bluetooth stereo headphones on Linux.

I'm really surprised there has been no response to your post!

MythTV is awesome. With all the electronics hobbyists here on RR, I would think a lot of members would be jumping on this.

I've seen MythTV in action, and will soon be building my own. I have everything I need except for the TV/Video capture card. I'll probably have that in a couple days.

I've promoted Ubuntu Linux here on RR in the past, and now Ubuntu has put together a MythTV package that makes it so easy to install and configure, almost anyone should be able to do it.

No kidding! It is a natural fit with people that like to tinker with tech.

I have tinkered with a few distros and I keep coming back to LinHES (A.K.A. Knoppmyth). I find that the community is very active, and the distro itself is very light weight. Some of the other distros are simply full Linux distributions with MythTV added. As a result they tend to be more resource intensive than LinHES.

I do use Ubuntu for my server and desktop machines though.

BTW, I still haven't gotten around to setting up the BT audio
