If you are wondering if the NANO is worth the time and money, I say YES !!!

I have all models from 1 to Nano.. This thing is the best yet.. Configured the SDcard and away it went.. No fiddling with Gains or antennas.. Just plugged, wrote the card and away it went... VERY IMPRESSED !!
Just ordered a second unit for the car..
I own Unications and SDS200, The Nano is as good or better than both of them..'

Congrats TODD !!!!

Looks like a neat little unit. The display needs to be purchased separately it appears. Does the display complete the enclosure of the hardware? Trying to derive this from the website and coming up short.

When I had the original P25RX Todd did some work with me trying to develop DMR. It looks like this unit will monitor it but is it restricted to conventional DMR or will it support Cap+, Con+, and/or Tier 3 systems?

One of these years my state's Phase II simulcast system will actually expand to my area. I have the SDS100 and SDS200 but a little standalone device like this seems like a pretty cool option to have around.

OK.. Here goes:
Enclosure is not available as of today.. The unit plugs directly into the WIO terminal.. Same footprint as the display..
Sensitivity is GREAT.. My P25RXII has to have the gains juggled around to listen to the Harris P2 system for York County and the Harford County P1 system.. This unit was plug and play for me.. Formatted the card, added the database and away it went.. No messing with gains or anything.. Matter of the fact, I was so impressed, I ordered a second on (even though funds are tight).. I don't feel I could go wrong..

What is the difference between the two models? From the Preliminary manual: "The initial offering is $150 for the NOR flash option and $225 for the F-RAM option." What are the implications irl?

I like that it seems to fit the form factor of the Wio terminal (although I hate the Wio terminal device and its tiny screen, lol) But I don't need to take it mobile.

I am wary because the rx-II never really worked well for me: the serial interface was a bit unstable. But at this price point it might be worth a gamble if I can find my Wio. The two local systems are a countywide L3Harris simulcast system and a Motorola statewide network, but the monitoring point is in a heavily wooded area that is affected by both seasons and weather.

We need to see comprehensive pix of the device!

There is a discussion about the different RAM and what it does on the Bluetail Technologies Forum (check the posts on here for the URL).. I just went with the cheapest.. As for bad area reception, I live in between two 350 foot ridges with both systems over the ridge away from me.. The P25RXII and Micro gave me a challenge with setting gains to work.. The NANO has been plug and play for me.. Phase 2 Harris is great and the P1 Motorola system is a pleasure to be able to hear anywhere in the house.. I love this little "wonder board" scanner.

Thanks for the reply. I didn't realize at the time of my post that he set up a message forum there. I was able to obtain a good amount of info from it.

Very cool stuff. I don't have an immediate use for one sadly but definitely something to keep an eye on down the road.

There is a discussion about the ram difference on the forum. Basically the Fram is less capacity, but has a thousand times more writes. I ordered mine with the Fram option

So I think this is my last question. I was reading the Bluetail user manual and couldn’t find the answer.

Doe’s it support DMR, ProVoice, NXDN, and Waterfall?

I’m going to say that is a question for Todd. He is the creator and manufacturer of Bluetail products. I do know the earlier models did support DMR and NXDN. I don’t know if the Nano does
